The central KPI dashboard providing real-time platform health, trends, alerts, and activity at a glance.
Dashboard
The Dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in. It provides a high-level overview of platform health, key performance indicators, trend charts, and actionable alerts that require your attention.
KPI Summary Cards
The top of the dashboard displays five primary KPI cards with current values and period-over-period change indicators:

| Active Offers | Total number of published product variants available for purchase | 24,560 |
| Pending Approvals | Number of vendor applications or product submissions awaiting admin review | 14 |
Click any KPI card to navigate directly to the relevant module for a detailed breakdown.
Trend Charts
Below the KPI cards, two interactive charts visualize platform trends over time:
GMV Trends
A line/area chart showing Gross Merchandise Value over the selected time range. You can:
- Toggle between daily, weekly, and monthly granularity
- Select preset ranges: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Year to date
- Hover over data points to see exact values and dates
Order Trends
A bar chart showing order volume over time with the same time range controls. Orders are broken down by status:
- Completed — Successfully fulfilled orders
- Processing — Orders currently being prepared or shipped
- Returned — Orders that were returned by the buyer
- Cancelled — Orders cancelled before fulfillment
Top Performers
Top Vendors
A ranked list of the top 10 vendors by GMV for the selected period. Each entry shows:
- Vendor name and logo
- GMV amount
- Order count
- Average order value
- Trend indicator (up/down vs. previous period)
Top Products
A ranked list of the top 10 best-selling products by revenue. Each entry shows:
- Product name and thumbnail
- Vendor name
- Units sold
- Revenue generated
- Current stock level indicator
Alert Widgets
The alerts section highlights items that require immediate admin attention. Each alert widget shows a count and links to the relevant module:
Alert widgets are designed to surface urgent issues. Check them regularly to maintain platform health.

Recent Activity Feed
At the bottom of the dashboard, a chronological activity feed shows the latest actions across the platform:
- New vendor registrations and approvals
- Large orders (above a configurable threshold)
- Dispute creations and resolutions
- Payout completions
- Admin actions (settings changes, user management)
Each entry shows a timestamp, action description, actor (admin name or system), and a link to the relevant record.
The dashboard auto-refreshes every 60 seconds. You can also manually refresh by clicking the refresh icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
Time Range Selector
A global time range selector at the top of the dashboard controls the period for all KPIs, charts, and rankings. Available options:
- Today
- Yesterday
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days (default)
- Last 90 days
- Year to date
- Custom range (date picker)
