Campaigns & Promotions
Create and manage promotional campaigns, platform coupons, promotions, and price lists for the marketplace.
Campaigns & Promotions
The Campaigns module lets admins create and manage marketing campaigns, platform-wide coupons, promotional rules, and custom price lists. These tools drive sales, attract new customers, and increase repeat purchases.
Campaign Management
Campaigns are organized marketing efforts that combine multiple promotional tools (coupons, banners, announcements) under a single tracked initiative.

Price Lists
Price lists allow you to create alternative pricing for specific customer segments, regions, or promotional periods.

| Name | Descriptive name (e.g., "VIP Pricing", "Holiday Sale Prices") |
| Type | Sale (promotional) or Override (permanent alternative) |
| Customer Groups | Which customer groups see these prices |
| Start Date | When prices become effective |
| End Date | When prices revert to default |
| Products | List of products with custom prices |
Click Create Price List. Name it and select the type (sale or override).
Search for products and set custom prices for each variant. You can import prices from a CSV file for bulk updates.
Assign customer groups and validity dates. Only customers in the assigned groups will see the custom prices during the valid period.
Save and activate the price list. Prices take effect immediately or on the scheduled start date.
Combine price lists with campaigns for maximum impact. For example, create a "Black Friday" price list with deep discounts, attach it to a campaign with banners and announcements, and target it to all customers.
