Order Management
Platform-wide order monitoring, editing, return/exchange handling, and vendor breakdown across all marketplace orders.
Order Management
The Orders module provides a centralized view of every order placed on the XiriGo marketplace, spanning all vendors. Unlike the vendor panel (which only shows a single vendor's orders), the admin panel displays the complete platform picture.
Order List
The main order list shows all marketplace orders with comprehensive filtering and sorting.

Order Editing
Admins can edit orders before they are fulfilled:
Navigate to the order you want to edit.
The Edit button is available for orders in pending or processing status.
Add items, remove items, or change quantities. The order total recalculates automatically.
Modify the shipping address or billing information if needed.
Click Save. The customer and affected vendor(s) are notified of the changes.
Orders that have already been fulfilled or shipped cannot be edited. Use the return/exchange flow instead.
Returns, Exchanges & Claims
Return Management
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Return ID | Unique identifier for the return request |
| Order ID | Associated order |
| Items | Products being returned with quantities |
| Reason | Selected return reason (defective, wrong item, not as described, changed mind, etc.) |
| Status | Requested, approved, received, refunded, rejected |
| Refund Amount | Amount to be refunded upon approval |
The customer requests a return through the mobile app or web, selecting items and a reason.
The return appears in the admin panel. Review the reason, item condition notes, and photos if provided.
Approve the return to generate a return shipping label, or reject with a reason.
Mark the return as received once the vendor confirms the item arrived.
Process the refund. The refund amount is debited from the vendor's balance and credited to the customer.
Exchange Management
Exchanges follow the same flow as returns but include a replacement item selection. The price difference (if any) is charged or refunded to the customer.
Claims
Claims are used for damaged or missing items where a full return is not practical. Admins can issue partial refunds, send replacement items, or offer store credit.
Draft Orders
Create orders manually on behalf of customers (e.g., phone orders, corporate orders):
- Select customer or create a new one
- Add products and variants with quantities
- Set shipping method and address
- Apply discounts or custom pricing
- Mark payment as collected or generate a payment link
- Convert draft to a live order
Draft orders are useful for B2B transactions, phone orders, or special promotional arrangements that cannot be processed through the standard checkout flow.
